"The driver communicated well with me as I landed and met me at the drop off/pick up point close to the terminal. It wasn't really feasible for the driver to meet/greet me in the arrivals hall due to the high cost of parking at the airport.
My flight was also delayed by 40 minutes and driver tracked this successfully and dropped me home with ease. "
