I don’t understand why this was not included in the quoted price or as a note that an additional charge would be required. I’ve used taxicode before during congestion hours and it was a set price, it’s not nice to be asked for additional cash at the end of the trip."

"We are elderly and have impaired eyesight so the distance to travel to the new pick up point was a struggle. The driver Mariusz was excellent however. . We would need to know in future if that pick up distance is still operative. Prefer to book by phone! "
